This Department is the first specialized program in Palestine in teaching English as well as Hebrew. Due to its outstanding in the academic capacities that fit the work requirements in the Palestinian security institutions, it offers specialized staff with high linguistic skills that serve the relationships of the security institutions with the neighborhoods as well as meeting the Palestinian institutions needs in this outstanding specialized field.

Teaching the cadets advanced academic skills in learning languages. It serves the work requirements in the security institutions that guarantee the highest standards of quality and excellence in this outstanding field.

The department seeks an effective participation in developing the security institution capacities through specific program that meets the latest technical and professional needs. It also looks for graduating qualified staff according to the comprehensive standards of quality and within the university vision and mission.
